What exactly is auto-purchase?
When a store you follow posts a bag, BagRescue reserves it and pays using your saved payment method in Too Good To Go — completely automatically. You just show up and pick it up.
Is my Too Good To Go account safe?
Yes. We use the official Too Good To Go email verification flow and encrypt all credentials at rest with AES-256. We never store your password — only the session tokens TGTG itself issues.
How does the free trial work?
You're free until we rescue your first bag. Set up your stores and we start monitoring immediately. The moment we grab a bag for you, your subscription begins and renews each billing period at the standard rate — you're paying for the monitoring and auto-purchase service, not per bag. If we don't find one within 30 days, you're never charged. During the free period you can monitor up to 10 stores with full auto-purchase and save up to 50.
What's the 50% off first month?
Every new monthly subscriber gets their first paid month at half price — $3.49 instead of $6.99. You start free, and when we rescue your first bag, your first billing month is charged at the discounted rate. After that, it renews at the standard $6.99/month. Yearly plans aren't discounted (they're already the best value at $69.99/year).
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel from your billing settings and your subscription ends at the close of the current period. No questions asked, no retention flows.
